INVESTORS SHOULD RELY ON THEIR OWN EVALUATION TO ASSESS THE MERITS AND RISKS OF THE INVESTMENT. IN CONSIDERING THE INVESTMENT, INVESTORS WHO ARE IN DOUBT AS TO THE ACTION TO BE TAKEN SHOULD CONSULT THEIR PROFESSIONAL ADVISERS IMMEDIATELY.
All matters relating to unit trust schemes are governed and regulated by the Securities Commision of Malaysia (SC). The SC is empowered to formulate a set of guidelines and regulations for unit trust funds that are designed to regulate and facilitate an orderly development of the unit trust industry.
