The issuance, circulation or distribution of the Electronic Prospectus/Information Memorandum, Electronic Application Form are in compliance with Guidelines on Unit Trust Fund and Guidelines on Wholesale Fund.
The informations posted in the website are in compliace with the Securities Commission ("SC") Regulatory requirements.
The management company will regularly updated on any information posted on the website.
Restriction on having any enhancement or differences in the Electronic Prospectus/Information Memorandum, save for those who are permitted.
To provide the Securities Commission (“SC”) with access to and copies of the records.
ARIM will retain a copy of the format and information displayed to its client when accessing on Electronic Prospectus/Information Memorandum and Electronic Application Form for a period of 7 years.
ARIM will take remedial action to rectify any breach of security or systems failure, including the inability to access the Electronic Prospectus/Information Memorandum and will immediately report to the SC.
